Our unit is built on a foundation of 43 beds, teamwork, and family focus, creating a tight-knit community where everyone is supported. We prioritize professional growth and have established a clear path for career development, ensuring that each team member can flourish. Additionally, we offer a transition program from step-down to ICU, providing a seamless pathway for nurses seeking to expand their skills and expertise. Our nurse-to-patient ratios are 5:1 for General patient care and 4:1 for Chemotherapy patients. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
